USCIS Invites Feedback About Online Form Processing

USCIS is seeking feedback from applicants who have tracked the progress of a form they have filed using USCIS online tools, including Case Processing Times, Case Status Online or myProgress within their USCIS online account.

Who Can Participate

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Have created a USCIS online account with the last two years;
  • Have logged into your USCIS online account within the last six months;
  • Have used one of the following tools from USCIS within the last six months: Case Processing Times, Case Status Online, or myProgress; and
  • Have filed one of the forms listed below within the last six months or received a case decision/adjudication on one of these forms within the last 12 months:
    • I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Residence Card;
    • I-130, Petition for Alien Relative;
    • I-131, Application for Travel Document;
    • I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status;
    • I-765, Application for Employment Authorization;
    • I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status; or
    • N-400, Application for Naturalization.

Participation is voluntary and will not affect the outcome of any pending cases. USCIS will not request any case-specific information as part of this study. However, USCIS will request limited personally identifiable information, such as name and email address.
