The government of Thailand has announce a visa-free arrangement allowing Indian and Taiwanese tourists to enter Thailand for 30 day periods. This policy will come into effect on November 10, 2023, and will remain in force until May 10, 2024.

- Effective Period: The announcement is effective from November 10, 2023 to May 10, 2024.
- Eligibility: Passport holders or those holding documents that can serve as a passport replacement of Indian and Taiwanese nationalities, who are visiting the Kingdom of Thailand for tourism, will be allowed a stay of up to 30 days.
- Additional Information: The Immigration Bureau has also stated that visa holders are allowed an extension for an additional 30 days. Furthermore, this type of visa can be converted to a NON-IMMIGRANT “B” visa, which is suitable for working in Thailand.
The official announcement from the Ministry of Interior, Thailand, as published in The Royal Gazette, has not been released at this time.
