New US-Israel Investor Visa Accord

Work authorization requirements between the US and Israel have loosened, with work permits now more readily obtainable between the two countries. Israelis seeking to obtain an E-2 visa must now only show evidence that they have enough capital to launch a business that will create job opportunities for Americans, rather than demonstrate proof of unique knowledge or extraordinary ability. In parallel, Americans with investor visas in Israel will no longer be required to complete their work within a limited time period.
