Sarah Elizabeth Amendola

Senior Attorney

Sarah is a senior attorney at Erickson Immigration Group, focusing on nonimmigrant visa petitions.

Prior to joining Erickson, Sarah worked on both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including L-1, H-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, F-1, EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and Multinational Manager), EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and PERM. In addition, she has experience with EB-5 and family-based immigration. Sarah enjoys advising clients on their U.S.-bound workforce strategies, providing immigration compliance training, and consulting on consular and CBP matters.

Sarah graduated from Fordham University, where she majored in International Political Economy and Classical Civilizations. At Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law, she earned a Certificate from the Comparative and International Law Institute. During law school, she was a Certified Student Attorney for Columbus Community Legal Services, focusing on humanitarian immigration and family law cases.

She is a member of AILA and closely follows the latest immigration news and policy developments.
