Justin Storch

Associate Attorney, International Practice

Justin Storch serves as Associate Attorney in Erickson Immigration Group’s International Practice. In this role, he advises employers on their options for hiring employees to work in countries across the globe and ensures smooth visa processing for their employees.

Before joining EIG, Justin worked for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its affiliate, the Council for Global Immigration (CFGI), managing advocacy in the federal immigration agencies. On behalf of the organizations and their members, Justin submitted over 30 public comments and ensured leaders of in-house immigration programs had the information they needed to stay informed and compliant. Additionally, he planned programming for the organization’s annual immigration symposium with over 300 attendees, conducted over 50 webinars, and produced weekly newsletters for the Council’s 200+ organization membership, which consisted of Fortune 500 companies, leading universities, and medical centers.

In law school, Justin participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, working on Asylum and U-Visa cases. Prior to law school, Justin worked as a paralegal at boutique immigration law firms specializing in H-1B and L-1 visas. He also worked in the DC office for the City of Chicago under mayors Richard M. Daley and Rahm Emanuel and in the office of U.S. Representative Jerry Costello.
