Diane Holcombe-Geddens is a Senior Managing Attorney, Consular Affairs with Erickson Immigration Group. She joins EIG with more than decades of experience at the intersection of immigration, consular affairs, and the U.S. Government.

Diane joined the Department of State in 2007 as a consular-coned officer. Her consular tours included Bogota, London, Matamoros, Berlin, and Islamabad. She also served as a Political-Military Officer in Baghdad, a Watch Officer/Senior Watch Officer in the Operations Center, and an Assignments Officer in CA/EX. She served as Consular Section Chief in Matamoros, Mexico, Berlin, Germany, and Islamabad, Pakistan.

Prior to joining the Department of State, Diane worked as a Legislative Attorney with the Department of the Army, served in the United States Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and worked as a Senior Legislative Assistant on Capitol Hill.

Diane received a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Montana School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Political Science from the University of West Florida.
