All registered entities in Vietnam sponsoring foreign nationals must file the required semi-annual report by July 5, 2024. This report should include all foreign nationals working in Vietnam during the period December 15, 2023, to June 14, 2024.
Failure to file this report could result in administrative fines as prescribed in Decree 12/2022 on administrative labor violations, as well as potential delays in obtaining approvals for upcoming foreign labor demand and work permit applications.
