On May 31, 2022, USCIS updated the following immigration forms:
- Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker | The edition date is 05/31/22. USCIS will also accept the 03/10/22 edition.

Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status | The edition date is 05/31/22. USCIS will also accept the 12/08/21 edition.

Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization | The edition date is 05/31/22. USCIS will also accept the 08/25/20 edition.

Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers | The edition date is 05/31/22. We will also accept the 09/30/20 and 05/09/18 editions.

On June 2, USCIS released two new forms for the EB-5 Immigrant investor program. The forms reflect changes made by the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. USCIS will be releasing new forms shortly and will notify stakeholders on their website.
