US | The Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program Resumes Operations

USCIS announced that the agency would resume operations of the Cuban Family Reunification Parole (CFRP) program, established in 2007, to provide a safe pathway for certain Cuban beneficiaries of approved family-based immigrant petitions.

In September, USCIS will begin to mail notices to petitioners with pending applications. DHS is not issuing new program invitation letters at this time.

Petitioners with a pending CFRP program application should verify that their mailing address is current with USCIS and the Department of State’s National Visa Center.
