From May 17, the ‘Stay in the UK’ campaign imposed a red, green, and amber traffic light system, with varying requirements depending on recent travel history.
Changes in the Country Categories
The green, amber, and red lists are updated every 3 weeks.
- On June 30, at 4 AM, the Dominican Republic, Eritrea, Haiti, Mongolia, Tunisia, and Uganda, will move from the Amber list to the Red List. Travelers arriving after then will need to follow Red List rules.
- On June 30, at 4 AM, Anguilla, Antarctica, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Malta, Montserrat, Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie, and Oeno Islands, Madeira, The Balearic Islands, Turks and Caicos, will move from the Amber List to the Green Watchlist.
- Following a spike in the Delta variant, Israel is at risk of moving from the Green List to the Green Watchlist.
