On July 8, 2025, the Board of Investment (BOI) announced that all BOI-promoted companies using the Single Window system must register their identity by July 31, 2025, using the ThaID application, even if they already have a user account in the system.
Then, from August 1, 2025, each company’s authorized users will be able to register for the Single Window system. To verify their identity, Thai national authorized users can use ThaID but foreign nationals must use email.
This update follows related guidelines released last month concerning work permit procedures for foreign nationals employed by BOI-promoted companies.
