The Government of Singapore announced the expansion of the Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) to include a joint VTL with Malaysia and a VTL with Finland and Sweden from November 29, 2021.
Malaysia VTL
- Approved for travel between Changi Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
- Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) applications for Short-Term Visitors and Long-Term Pass Holders will commence on November 22, 2021
- Returning Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are fully vaccinated will not need to apply
Finland and Sweden VTL | More details will be provided nearer the date when applications are open.
Singapore maintains a VTL with Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Services from South Korea will commence on November 15, 2021.

The VTL allows fully vaccinated with approved vaccines to travel quarantine-free. VTL travelers must hold an accepted proof of vaccination and meet the travel history and designated VTL flight requirements.
