November 2020 Visa Bulletin Released
USCIS has indicated that it will adopt Chart B – Date of Filing Chart for the Month of November. For more information, please visit the USCIS website. The Final Action Dates for employment-based categories see slight movement and the Dates of Filing for employment-based visa application remain unchanged in comparison to October 2020 visa bulletin.
FINAL ACTION DATES (Chart A):
The cut-off date for the EB-1 category for persons born in China and India has advanced by 6 months. All other countries in the EB-1 category are current.
The cut-off date for the EB-2 category for persons born in China has advanced by 52 days and the cut-off date for persons born in India has advanced by 21 days. All other countries in the EB-2 category are current.
The cut-off date for the EB-3 category for Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the worldwide quota is current. The cut-off date for persons born in China has advanced by 3 months and the cut-off date for persons born in India has advanced by 45 days.
In the EB-4 category, the cut-off date for persons born in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras has advanced by 3 months and for persons born in Mexico by 44 days. The cut-off dates for China, India, Philippines, Vietnam, or in the worldwide quota are current.
The cut-off date for EB-5 Non-Regional Center (C5 and T5) for persons born in India, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, the Philippines, or in the worldwide quota is current. The cut-off date for EB-5 Non-Regional Center (C5 and T5) for persons born in China remains unchanged and the cut-off date for persons born in Vietnam has advanced by 14 days.
DATES FOR FILING (Chart B):
The cut-off dates for all employment-based categories remain unchanged in comparison to the October 2020 visa bulletin.

- Persons in the EB-1 category and born in China are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of December 1, 2018. This category advanced by 6 months.
- Persons in the EB-1 category and born in India are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of December 1, 2018. This category advanced by 6 months.
EB-2
- Persons in the EB-2 category and born in Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, the Philippines, Vietnam, or in the worldwide quota are current. These categories remain unchanged.
- Persons in the EB-2 category and born in China are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of April 22, 2016. This category advanced by 52 days.
- Persons in the EB-2 category and born in India are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of September 22, 2009. This category advanced by 21 days.
EB-3
- Persons in the EB-3 category and born in Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, the Philippines, Vietnam, or in the worldwide quota are current. These categories remain unchanged.
- Persons in the EB-3 category and born in China are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of October 1, 2017. This category advanced by 3 months.

- Persons in the EB-5 Non-Regional Center (C5 and T5) category and born in Vietnam are current if they have a priority date before the cut-off date of August 15, 2017. This category advanced by 14 days.
