As of June 25, 2018, it has been advised that all applications for Irish Stamp 4 status be submitted twelve weeks in advance of the expiration of any current Critical Skills Employment Permit (CSEP). Companies should, therefore, notify their CSEP holders to contact their EIG immigration specialists at least sixteen weeks before their CSEP expires.
