Netherlands Document Requirements for Highly Skilled Migrants

Starting from April 1, 2024, the Netherlands government will require recognized sponsors of highly skilled migrants who earn less than €2,801 per month to keep additional documents and records.

The current document requirement of a pay stub and diploma will be replaced by a proof of language abilities, a copy of the diploma with the graduation date, and, if the foreign national graduated from a university outside of the Netherlands, a copy of credential evaluation and proof that the educational institution ranked in the topp 200 worldwide.
