Viny has been providing strategic legal support, Global Mobility services and business immigration solutions around the globe, most recently with a focus on European countries. His previous years of experience included both Immigrant and Non-immigrant Visas with the U.S. team when he first joined EIG as a Law Clerk. He is a first-generation U.S. immigrant and first-generation attorney who originally came to Washington D.C. and served as an attorney at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, an organ of the Organization of American States.

After completing his graduate studies in International Law, specializing in International Business Law and International Human Rights Law, Viny found purpose in working with immigration, seeing it as a great intersection of his studies.

Speaking Engagements:

Skilled in simultaneous interpretation and translation of legal documents from/to Portuguese/Spanish/English, Viny has promoted educational exchange between judges, competitors, volunteers, and observers at the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition by facilitating simultaneous interpretation of dialogs in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Community Involvement:

Volunteer judge for the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition that takes place every year at the American University Washington College of Law.

Volunteer at an Orlando-FL based non-profit that serves immigrants in Central Florida with all kinds of health and material needs.

Outside the Office:

Viny is often found with his wife and daughters enjoying nature and tons of theme parks in sunny Central Florida, where they currently live.
