Tiffany Andrade Moutafis

Associate Attorney

Tiffany is an Associate Attorney with Erickson Immigration Group, based in Boston, focusing on employment based immigrant visa petitions. Tiffany has experience advising clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant matters across technology, pharmaceutical, engineering, financial, construction, semiconductor, and insurance sectors. Tiffany has successfully managed a variety of employment based non-immigrant visa petitions including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN petitions, as well as immigrant visa petitions including PERM labor certification, PERM Audits, I-140, EB1, EB2, EB3, and Adjustment of Status applications. She also has experience representing individuals in family-based adjustment of status and naturalization applications.

Tiffany graduated from Suffolk University Law School with her Juris Doctor in 2015, first representing individuals before the Immigration Court, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the Asylum Office. As the daughter of an immigrant, Tiffany has focused her professional career in immigration and is passionate about assisting clients to overcome the challenges of the complex immigration system.

Prior to joining Erickson Immigration Group, Tiffany worked at top-tier immigration firms in Boston and New Jersey, where she represented a variety of companies from Fortune 500 to small companies with their business immigration needs.

Community Involvement:

Tiffany is an active member of AILA and is on the DEI Committee and the Nominating Committee of the AILA NE Chapter. She is also a mentor to Suffolk University Law School 1L and 2L students. Tiffany has served as a volunteer attorney on multiple occasions providing pro bono representation for asylum seekers with The Political Asylum/Immigration Representation Project (PAIR) as well as for clients applying for naturalization with Project Citizenship.

Outside the Office:

Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, practicing hot yoga, spinning, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
