Prior to joining Erickson Immigration Group, Stephanie worked for a top-tier immigration law firm in New York. There she handled various non-immigrant and immigrant matters for a Fortune 500 company for nearly two years, such as the PERM process, Adjustment of Status, and petitions for EB-1, I-140, RFE, H-1B, L-1, TN, and F-1. Stephanie also worked at a boutique New York City immigration law firm handling exclusively O-1 visa matters.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where she graduated with a certified concentration in immigration law. During law school, she interned at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic in partnership with Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS), assisting multiple attorneys with asylum cases.
