Natasha Riggleman’s practice has focused on representing companies in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including EB-1, L, O, AOS, I-140, H-1B, and PERM applications; responding to RFEs and IER charges, and supporting employers with I-9 and E-Verify program compliance. Prior to joining Erickson Immigration Group, she worked for a large law firm also representing management in all aspects of employment litigation, including preventative counseling, responding to charges of discrimination, and conducting internal investigations.
