Naïanka is a senior managing attorney with Erickson Immigration Group, with a focus on immigrant visa and naturalization matters in the United States. She manages several corporate clients advising them on all aspects of their business immigration program and compliance questions that arise from it. Although her primary practice area is the immigrant visa, she is also experienced in nonimmigrant filings including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, E-3, P-3, J-1 (intern/trainee).
Naïanka has served as a panelist on the American Immigration Council (AIC)’s round table series discussing the business impact of COVID-19 on J-1 internship programs. Additionally, she regularly provides training and conducts town halls for talent acquisition teams, employees, and other stakeholders.
Naïanka is fluent in French, English, Haïtian Kréyol and proficient in Spanish.
