Mary Bluma is a Senior Attorney at Erickson Immigration Group’s San Francisco, CA office. She has worked with individual clients,  fast-moving startup organizations, and Fortune 500 global companies from all over the world. She has a broad range of experience in employment, family, investment, and humanitarian-based immigration law.

Mary’s primary focus has been employment-based nonimmigrant visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, and long-term strategic planning for global businesses and individuals. Her practice area includes preparing an array of nonimmigrant business visas, including H1B, L1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, P-1, and R-1.

Mary is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and meets with members of Congress annually to discuss and advise on immigration policy and laws that directly affect her clients.
