Lynn-Samantha Severe

Lynn-Samantha [Lynn] Severe is a senior attorney in Erickson Immigration Group’s International Practice. She advises corporate clients on visa/work permit options and other immigration-related matters based on prospective employees’ qualifications, location, and relevant travel restrictions. Lynn coordinates the required work permit and visa applications for assigned employees until they arrive at the destination of their employment.

Lynn first joined EIG as a Law Clerk for her very first cap season. During her time at EIG, Lynn gained significant experience working on U.S. petition filings, including H-1B, L-1, I-140 petitions in the EB-1 category, and I-485 applications.

Lynn is a graduate with honors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Howard University School of Law.
