Hillary Hyduke is an Associate Attorney at Erickson Immigration Group in Arlington, Virginia. She focuses primarily on nonimmigrant visas, responses to requests for evidence, and international travel for U.S. visa holders.
Hillary earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2014. In law school, Hillary worked as a student attorney at her school’s International Human Rights Law Clinic, where she mostly handled asylum and special immigrant juvenile status matters. Hillary graduated from law school in May 2019 and was subsequently admitted to the D.C. Bar. She began working at EIG in January 2020.
