Graciela Stabile is an Associate Attorney at Erickson Immigration Group, focusing on employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions. Prior to joining Erickson Immigration Group, Graciela worked for large- and small-sized immigration law firms in New York and New Jersey. She focused on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, L-1, O-1, F-1, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, and RFEs. Graciela also has experience in humanitarian immigration matters such as Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U visas, and T visas. Graciela has argued humanitarian and family-based petitions before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) defending both detained and non detained adults and children.

As an immigrant from Spain, Graciela’s passion for helping immigrants started far beyond law school. Knowing first-hand the complexities of business immigration law by experiencing it through her parents, Graciela pays close attention to each individual’s situation.
