Emily Callan is a Managing Attorney with Erickson Immigration Group. Over the course of her career, she’s been recognized multiple times as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer. Emily brings 10+ years of business immigration experience to her work and clients.

Emily’s immigration practice focuses on a wide variety of employment-based visas and green card cases, with a particular focus on PERM, while her bread and butter cases are the writing-intensive EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and Multinational Manager applications.  Emily has spoken at her local AILA panel and extensively publishes on numerous immigration-related topics in industry journals.

Outside of the office, Emily spends time with her four sons, husband, and their dog, which normally involves hockey (especially the Capitals), air shows, and outdoor adventures.
