Naïanka Rigaud is a Partner at Erickson Immigration Group, where she leads a legal team focused on immigrant visa and naturalization matters in the United States. She partners with corporate clients to provide strategic counsel on all aspects of their business immigration programs and compliance requirements. While her primary practice area is immigrant visas, Naïanka is also highly experienced in nonimmigrant filings, including H-1B, TN, E-3, P-3, and J-1 (intern/trainee).

Naïanka regularly delivers training sessions and conducts town halls for talent acquisition teams, employees, and other stakeholders to help them navigate complex U.S. immigration strategies. She has served as a guest lecturer at George Washington University Law School and as a guest speaker at regional relocation conferences, including the Portland Relocation Council (PRC) and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC). Additionally, she contributes to industry thought leadership as a member of the Worldwide ERC (WERC) Content Working Group and has participated as a panelist for the American Immigration Council (AIC) roundtable series, discussing the business impact of COVID-19 on J-1 internship programs.
