The Malaysian Governmnet has announced new requirements for Professional Visit Pass applications. For ESD Registered Companies, the Approval Letter from Labour Department (JTK) must now be obtained before any new Professional Visit Pass (PVP) applications can be submitted in ESD.
- The validity of the each JTK Approval Letter is for 6 months and the approval can be used for any number of PVP applications as long as the Approval Letter is valid.
- Processing time is approximately 2 weeks, subject to any queries from the authorities.
