From November 1, 2022, travelers who want to use the Fast Track service to expedite the quarantine, immigration, and customs declaration procedures at the airport will now have to use Visit Japan Web for new registrations. The MySOS app for smartphones is no longer available for new registration.
Travelers who registered with MySOS by October 31, 2022, can continue to use the MySOS app and do not need to register with the Visit Japan Web.
