India and Switzerland Announce an Air Travel Bubble

The Governments of India and Switzerland have announced an air bubble that will enable air carriers to operate flights between the two countries.

Flights from India will prioritize travelers who are stranded nationals and residents of Switzerland, international travelers going to the EU or Schengen Zone, South America, or Africa through Switzerland; Indian nationals or nationals from Nepal or Bhutan destined for EU/Schengen countries, South America or Africa.

Flights from Switzerland will prioritize Indians or nationals of Bhutan or Nepal stranded in EU/Schengen, Africa or South America; overseas citizen of India (OCI) cardholders and PIO cardholders who obtain a passport of any country; and foreign nationals from EU/Schengen Zone countries, or South America or Africa who obtain a valid Indian visa.
