Immigration Nerds Spotlight Women in the Law: Maunica Sthanki, Policy and Advocacy Strategist

This September, Erickson Immigration Group hosted a Women in Law event with Maunica Sthanki, a Policy and Advocacy Strategist. The conversation between Maunica and EIG partner Hiba Mona Anver shines a light on their personal experiences navigating the legal industry in a post-9/11 America as women of color and daughters of immigrants to the United States.  Maunica also shares her experience working on the Subcommittee of Immigration and Border Security during the Trump Administration, and the advice she gives to young professionals who aspire to work in immigration and the law.
