Bali | In a change of plans, Bali will be closed to foreign tourists through the end of 2020.

France | The junior minister for European affairs said that France would reciprocate the UK’s travel restrictions, implementing a 14-day quarantine on all arrivals from the UK.

Italy | Sicily’s president Nello Musumeci issued a decree to order the expulsion of asylees from the island.

Singapore | From September 1, travelers from Brunei and New Zealand can enter Singapore without having to serve a stay-at-home notice (SHN). They will still have to be tested on arrival. Additionally, for travelers from Australia (except for Victoria), Macau, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Malaysia will have stay-at-home orders of just seven days instead of 14 days. These individuals will still have to take a COVID-19 test at the end of their SHN.

The United Kingdom | The government is requiring travelers from France to confirm that they are not experiencing coronavirus symptoms and have not been in touch with anyone with the coronavirus within the 14 days before their arrival in the UK. From August 15, travelers returning from France are being told to self-isolate for 14-days.
