The government of Egypt called on all foreign nationals currently residing in Egypt to refer to the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality to legalize their status and renew their residency before the deadline of June 30.
Foreign nationals must register with the agency to provide their data in order to obtain a smart residence card and maintain access to government services.
