In a statement on February 15, 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the implementation of a visa-free policy for nationals of Canada and the United Kingdom, effective February 17, 2026 until December 31, 2026.
Nationals of both countries can enter China without a visa for up to 30 days for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, exchange visits and transit.
