On January 30, 2026, the government of Hong Kong announced that it has received notification from the government of Azerbaijan that Hong Kong passport holders may visit Azerbaijan visa-free up to three times, with a stay of up to 30 days at each entry, during the period from February 2, 2026 to February 2, 2027.
Including Azerbaijan, 175 countries and territories have granted visa-free access or visa-on-arrival to HKSAR passport holders.
