Individuals who hold a Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) must declare to the Ministry of Manpower their annual salary by January 31, each year. If the PEP was issued on December 31, 2022 or before, the PEP holder must submit their annual notification in 2024. New PEP holders whose passes were issued from January 1, 2023, will be required to submit their notification in 2025.
Applicable PEP holders will receive an email notification from MOM to declare their annual salary, which must be done between January 1 and January 31. Individuals who fail to submit their annual notification promptly may have their PEP status affected.
