Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has increased certain immigration fees effective December 1, 2025. The fees affected include inadmissibility-related fees and the fee for the International Experience Canada (IEC).
- Applicants who submitted an application online before December 1, 2025 are unaffected by these changes.
- Applicants who submitted a paper application by mail before December 1, 2025 which was received on or after that date may have to pay the difference.
The inadmissibility fees have been increased as follows:

The International Experience Canada (IEC) work permit fee for all participants in the program was also increased, from CAD $179.75 to CAD $184.75.
