USCIS has issued a new directive that any cards issued but unable to be delivered within 60 business days will be destroyed. This applies to Permanent Resident Cards, Employment Authorization Cards, and Travel Documents. All foreign nationals, even permanent residents, should ensure their addresses with USCIS are up to date by completing Form AR-11 online, especially if they have a pending case.
