USCIS issued new policy guidance, effective immediately, on evidence to be submitted for O-1B applications for nonimmigrants with extraordinary abilities in the arts or extraordinary achievements in the motion picture or television industries. The additions address the type of evidence to be included with the application, the considerations that will be used to evaluate the evidence, and examples of evidence that could be included. The guidance is meant to support consistent, predictable, and transparent decision-making.
