UAE Extends Travel Restrictions for India and Other Countries

The UAE has extended the passenger flight suspension from India first put in place on April 24, 2021. The suspension is now through June 30, 2021, and applies to travel from India and travelers who have been to India in the previous 14 days.

Travel is also suspended from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka to Dubai. The suspension went into effect on May 12, 2021 and applies to travel from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka and travelers who have been to any of those regions in the previous 14 days.

Exemptions

UAE Nationals, holders of UAE Golden Visas, and members of diplomatic missions who comply with the revised published COVID‑19 protocols will be exempt for travel.
