Switzerland to Issue COVID-19 Certificates to Enable Travel

Switzerland is issuing a COVID certificate, beginning on June 7, that will be compatible with the EU Digital COVID Certificates. The Swiss COVID certificate provides documentary evidence of vaccination, recovery, or negative testing. The rollout will begin on June 7 and is expected to be available throughout Switzerland by the end of June.

The certificate will be accessible in a paper format or digitally as an app.
