July 2024 Visa Bulletin Released

In the July 2024 Visa Bulletin, Final Action Dates for Worldwide (All Other) EB-1 remains the same, EB-2 advances 2 months, and EB-3 retrogresses by 1 year.  Final actions Dates for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 India advance. EB-1 and EB-2 China Advance. EB-3 China remains unchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: For all employment-based preference categories, you must use the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for July 2024. For more information, please visit the USCIS website.

Final Action Dates (Chart A)

China:

  • EB-1: Advances 2 months with a cut-off date of November 1, 2022.
  • EB-2: Advances 1 month with a cut-off date of March 1, 2020.
  • EB-3: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of September 1, 2020.

India:

  • EB-1: Advances 11 months with a cut-off date of February 1, 2022.
  • EB-2: Advances 2 months with a cut-off date of June 15, 2012.
  • EB-3: Advances 1 month with a cut-off date of September 22, 2012.

Others:

  • EB-1: Current for all countries except China and India.
  • EB-2: Worldwide (All Other) advances 2 months with a cut-off date of March 15, 2023.
  • EB-3: Worldwide (All Other) retrogresses by 1 year with a cut-off date of December 1, 2021.

Dates for Filing (Chart B)

China:

  • EB-1: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of January 1, 2023.
  • EB-2: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of June 1, 2020.
  • EB-3: Remains unchanged with a cut-off date of July 1, 2021.

India:

  • EB-1: Advances 10 months with a cut-off date of February 8, 2022.
  • EB-2: Advances 1 month with a cut-off date of June 22, 2012.
  • EB-3: Advances 15 days with a cut-off date of October 1, 2012.

Others:

  • EB-1: Current for all countries except China and India.
  • EB-2: Worldwide (All Other) advances 1 month with a cut-off date of March 22, 2023.
  • EB-3: Worldwide (All Other) remains unchanged with a cut-off date of February 1, 2023.

 

Looking Forward

Individuals who are current should contact EIG to begin work on their Adjustment of Status case(s). If you already have an AOS pending with USCIS, it will not be adjudicated until the Final Action date becomes current.
