State Department Adds 4 Countries to the “Do Not Travel” List

On August 16, the US State Department revised its classification for 14 countries, including Turkey, Sudan, Montenegro, and Dominica, upgrading them all to “Level 4: Do Not Travel,” and downgrading India to “Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution.”
