The Spanish government approved the Start-Up Law, which includes a Digital Nomad visa for remote international workers. The Startup Act encourages the formation and investment in startup and emerging tech companies. It is expected to go into effect in January 2023.
The Digital Nomad visa will permit foreign nationals a one-year stay and can be renewed for an additional two years, so long as the requirements are still met.
