South Korea Extends K-ETA for Singapore through 2025

South Korea has extended the Korea Electronic Travel Authorisation (K-ETA) exemption for tourists from 22 countries until December 31, 2025. The temporary exemption currently applies to 21 other countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the UK, and the US. This brings the total to 63 visa-exempt countries whose citizens can enter South Korea without submitting a K-ETA.

What to Expect
  • Eligible travellers must complete an arrival card for immigration.
  • Exempt travellers can still apply for a K-ETA, which waives the need for an arrival card.
