The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in partnership with the Ministry of Sports, has announced a decision to localize occupations in sports centers and gyms in the private sector by 15%, effective November 18, 2026. The localization rate will be applied to establishments with four or more workers.
The decision covers the localization of twelve professions in men’s and women’s sports centers and gyms, including: sports coach, professional football coach, sports supervisor, special sports coach, and professional athletics coach.
