The Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is implementing a new requirement for all Alien Employment Permit (AEP) applications.
Effective January 03, 2023, all AEP applications shall be required to submit a duly notarized Affidavit of Undertaking that the company will undertake to submit the certified true copy of the latest Business Permit within ninety (90) days / 3 months therefrom. The submitted application should attach proof of actual application or renewal of the business permit.
