The Philippines’ Inter-Agency Task Force on Infectious Diseases (“IATF”) has approved individual passengers arriving from “green” countries” to spend only 7 days in government-mandated quarantine upon arrival.
Previously, the IATF’s allocation of reduced quarantine applied only to those who were fully vaccinated for COVID-19 within the Philippines. The new resolution will apply to all who have been vaccinated coming from “green countries” despite not receiving their vaccination within the Philippines.
Arriving passengers who have either not received their vaccination or arriving from non-green countries will be required to spend 10 days in government-mandated quarantine followed by four days of self-monitored home quarantine.
