Multiple organizations representing stakeholders sent a letter to DHS and USCIS urging them to address the procedural deficiencies in the FY 2024 H-1B Visa registration and lottery process. They suggested how the departments can improve the use of H-1B visas, increase transparency, and prevent fraud in the future. The letter can be found here.
