MDEC has just announced that effective from April 24, 2024, all NEW and RENEWAL Employment Pass (EP) applications must be submitted through the Xpats Gateway, utilizing the same login credentials as the MDEC Expats System.
This initiative follows the announcement made by the Minister of Economy May 31, 2023, regarding the Single Window approach for expatriate/foreign knowledge worker (FKW) applications.
