Non-European Economic Area nationals applying for Irish Residence Permits (IRP) are experiencing significant delays, which are expected to continue through the end of 2018 at a minimum. The IRP Office noted it can no longer offer appointments regardless of the grounds. Trusted Partner (TP) Scheme applications are being adjudicated in roughly six weeks, while non-TP applications are being processed in approximately twelve weeks.
